1. Eligible Refunds

Refunds are only available in cases where our service fails to commence or cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable solely to us.

• Service Not Initiated: If the service does not begin within 12 hours after order confirmation and successful payment, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Total Service Failure: If we are completely unable to deliver the purchased service due to a fault on our part, you are eligible for a full refund.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Once service execution has begun, the service fee becomes non-refundable, as labor, time, and operational resources have already been incurred.

• Service In Progress: Our team or automated system has started processing your order.
• Service Completed: You have received an “Order Completed” notification confirming that virtual items have been successfully delivered to the account you provided.
• Minor or Reasonable Delays: Slight delays beyond the estimated delivery time caused by factors such as game server queues, in-game trade cooldowns, maintenance, or high order volumes.
• Failure Due to Customer Error: Delivery issues resulting from incorrect, invalid, incomplete, or game-terms-violating account information provided by you.
• Change of Mind: Any personal decision to cancel or reverse the order after it has been placed.

3. Refund Request & Processing

• Status Review: We will review your order history and service status logs to determine eligibility.
• Processing Time: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. The actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or financial institution.
