FCOINSHOP Intellectual Property Statement
FCOINSHOP respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of the Platform to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a manner that infringes your intellectual property rights and is accessible through a website or service provided by FCOINSHOP, you may notify us in accordance with the European Union’s E-Commerce Directive 2000/31/EC (and any relevant implementing legislation) or the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998.
1. Filing a Claim of Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notice including the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material alleged to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it on the Platform.
- Contact information, including your email address, phone number, or mailing address.
- A statement confirming your good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement confirming that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

If you are unsure about your legal rights or whether the content in question infringes your intellectual property, we recommend seeking independent legal advice before submitting a notification. Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), you may be held liable for damages if you knowingly make a false claim of infringement.
2. Take-Down Process
Upon receipt of a valid infringement notice, FCOINSHOP will take the following actions:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user responsible for the content that the material has been removed or disabled.
- Provide the affected user with a copy of the infringement notice and relevant details regarding the removal.
If a notice does not fully comply with applicable legal requirements, FCOINSHOP may request additional information or assist the complainant in meeting the necessary standards.
3. DMCA Counter Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it previously appeared.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant court and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant or their authorized agent.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, FCOINSHOP will:
- Forward a copy of the counter-notification to the original complainant.
- Restore the removed material within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant provides evidence of initiating legal action against the user.
4. Policy on Repeat Infringers
FCOINSHOP strictly enforces a policy of terminating accounts that are found to be repeatedly infringing intellectual property rights. We also reserve the right to restrict or block users from posting content that violates applicable intellectual property laws.
